I graduated with a BA in Psychology at the Universidad Latina, and a Licensing Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad Fidélitas de Costa Rica.
I've specialized in Panic Attacks and Anxiety for more than 10 years, from which the book "Confíe y Viva sin Pánico" (Trust and Live Without Panic) published by Balboa Press, division of Hay House was published in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
I've been a Guest on TV shows Buen Día, Alto Contraste and radio shows Vida en Familia and Peloteando.
I also have experience and researches on Pythagorean Numerology since 2011. As a result of this my 2nd book was born "The Numerology of Flowers: A guide to work with Bach Flowers and Numerology"
I'm certified in Bach Flower Therapy by the Bach Center of England in 2013.
In 2014 I was certified as an Advanced Pranic Healer under the guidance of Kirsten Visona. I also studied Kinesio-emotional Balance in the same year.
I'm Level 2 facilitator in Family Constellations of the Spirit, under the guidance of Olga 'Nitya' López and Daniel 'Devaraj' Franco. 2015 Mexico and Costa Rica.
In march 2018 I received my certification as a Yoga teacher and later that year obtained an specialization in Trauma Informed Yoga for a total of 260-RYT hours recognized by the Yoga Alliance Organization.
In 2019 I became a facilitator for the organization Gender Equity and Reconciliation International.
In 2020 I started an Advanced Certification on Family Constellations and Art Therapy with Pia Storm Kalhof.
In 2021 I completed my Certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional.
